Why STaiRwaY?
Upon taking a glance on my blog, STAIRWAY... maybe you'll ask why STAIRWAY? What is in it? Well, I chose STAIRWAY simply because it speaks of taking a STEP either going up or going down in order to reach the next level or even reach a place where you want to go. It is my avenue to reach out to the world and share my hopes and aspirations in life as well as sharing the wonders of dwelling here in the Philippines.


Asean Ministers of Education Met in Mactan, Cebu

      Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Council conference opened yesterday, January 26, 2010 with eleven member countries and eight affiliate countries. Delegates of the 45th SEAMEO are in Mactan, Cebu to discuss current education trends, issues and possible policy reforms in education.
     The Department of Education Secretary Jesli Lapus is the new SEAMEO President. President of the Philippines Gloria Macapagal Arroyo challenged the delegates to work for innovative and technology-based teaching and learning in the region.
